Day 01: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh - City (D)
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transfer to your hotel. Discover the city in the afternoon: Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Chinatown, Cholon, then the Thien Hau Pagoda. Dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh - City - Da Nang - Hoi An (B, L) Transfer to the airport and take the flight to Da Nang. Next, transfer to Hoi An. The discovery is done with main attractions such as: the Japanese Bridge (sixteenth century), the Phuc Kien Communal House (1698) and an old silk factory and architecture of the 30s, Chuc Thanh Pagoda (XVII century), located about 2 km from the center, the colorful market with perfumes and flavors is the beating heart of the ancient city, it combines the Vietnamese and Chinese influences. Large trading post until the nineteenth century, Hoi An retains a remarkable collection of historic buildings. It is registered in World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 03: Hoian - My Son (B, L) On the way to the Sacred Valley of the Kingdom of: My Son, with about 70 architectural works of brick and stone built between the seventh and thirteenth century by the Bhadravarman Emperor. Today, we can not see a tenth of the site, destroyed by the B52 bombing during the Vietnam War. My Son is the most important archaeological site of civilization with its source in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is admitted to the World Heritage by UNESCO. Lunch at Hoi An.
Day 04: Hoi An - Hue (B, L) Depart for Hue via Da Nang via the Hai Van Col (496 m), named so because of the fog surrounding it. The col is passed only by asnaking road switchbacks, surrounded by hills and green valleys with spectacular views. Stop to visit the Marble Mountain and Cham Museum in Da Nang. Continue the way to Hue, a city steeped in history, traditional home of Intellectuals in the Country. Until these days, Hue remains the cultural highlights of Vietnam. Transfer to your hotel and overnight in Hue.
Day 05: Hue (B, L) Trip on the Perfume River by sampan to visit the Celestial Lady Pagoda and the tomb of Minh Mang King whose architecture recall the Chinese Ming tombs. Visit the tomb of Tu Duc King, built between 1864 and 1867, it covers about 475 hectares. In the afternoon, further explore the Imperial City with a visit to the Citadel during the reign of the Nguyen Dynasty. Visit Dong Ba Market, famous for its conical hats. Overnight in Hue.
Day 06: Hue - Hanoi (B, L) Morning flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Visit the old city: the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh (closed Monday and Friday), the One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature and Ethnography Museum (closed Mondays). Visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda- said to be the defense of the country and the Quan Thanh Temple, Ngoc Son Temple- known as the Jade Mountain dedicated to Van Xuong- the God of literature, Tran Hung Dao General and La To- the Genius of medicine, the Temple of Literature - dedicated to the worship of Confucius (1070) Where adjoined the Quoc Tu Giam and said to be National College for the Educated Elite provided the frames the empire. Sight seeing by cyclo (allow one hour) in the old city to the neighborhood of thirty-six guilds. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 07: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B, L, D) Departure to Ha Long, bordered by a coastline of 120 km. Its landscape is characterized in1969 by karst islands which helped the site to be listed as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1994. It is one of the main landscapes in Vietnam. Boarding for a junk in the bay and start cruising to the Sung Sot cave. Visit the fishing village. Swimming is possible. Candlelight dinner and overnight on board.
Day 08: Ha Long - Ninh Binh (B, L, D) Breakfast on board. Continue the cruise to Little Dragon Bay(Bai Tu Long). Visit the pool of fairies by sampan. Lunch with seafood. 12:00: land and then drive to Ninh Binh. Dinner and overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 09: Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Trang An - Hanoi (B, L) Transfer to Hoa Lu, the ancient royal capital of Vietnam. Visit the temples of Dinh and Le kings. Road to Trang An (the "Halong Bay on land"). A nice bike riding and a boat tour through the landscape. Return to Hanoi in late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 10: Hanoi - Luang Prabang (B, L, D) Free time, transfer to the airport and flight to Vientiane. Meet upon arrival at the airport and transfer to your hotel, the first ancient capital of the Kingdom is Lane Xang. Being the World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995, Luang Prabang is a small unique and charming city, built at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Khan River. Visit Wat Visoun (melon stupa) is now the Museum of Religious Arts. visit Wat Xiengthong, the temple of the sixteenth century and also the Wat Aham and Phousi hill with its 328 steps to the summit. Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Luang Prabang.
Day 11: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou (B, L) Boat trip to Pak Ou Cave, at the mouth of the Nam Ou and Mekong. These sacred caves are the home of hundreds of Buddhas deposited by Laotians over the centuries. On the way to Ban Xanghai which owes its renowned whiskey-based rice wine. Return by boat to Luang Prabang. Following the journey to Ban Xangkhong village - well known for its wood paper and silk weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 12: Luang Prabang - Vientiane (B, L) In the morning, visit the National Museum, the former Royal Palace, which contains a remarkable collection of valuables including the famous Prabang Buddha statue, gifts from foreign dignitaries. Transfer to the Luang Prabang airport to reach Vientiane by air. Reception on arrival and transfer directly to the famous Tai Deang ethnic village called Ban Nongbuatthong. Visit the market... the best shopping center in Vientiane. Overnight in Vientiane.
Day 13: Vientiane (B, L) Discover several monuments of the Vientiane capital: the Ho Phra Keo former royal temple containing the Emerald Buddha (now in Bangkok) and Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple in the city. Then come to That Luang, the most revered shrine in Laos with its stupa 45m high and stop at the Victory Gate "Patousay". Overnight in Vientiane.
Day 14: Vientiane - Phnom Penh (B, L)
Flight to Phnom Penh. Arrival at the airport, visit several monuments: National Museum, Silver Pagoda, named for its ground covered with 5000 km2; Royal Palace built in 1866 during the reign of Norodom King. Visit Wat Phnom, one of the most important temples and historic sites as it represents the history of the Cambodian capital. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 15: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B, L) Transfer to Phnom Penh Airport for flight to Siem Reap. Reception on arrival and transfer to hotel for the registration. Afternoon, visit Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, Oriental Mebon and Pre Rup until sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 16: Siem Reap (B, L) Visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom (the Great City in Khmer), including Bayon, Baphuon, Baksei Cham Krong, Elephant field, Terrace of the Leper King (World Heritage Site of Humanity by UNESCO) and Royal Fence. Ride an elephant. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat (Temple City), built during the reign of Suryavarman II in the early twelfth century, it is one of the best preserved temples. Enjoy the majestic scenery until sunset on Phnom Ba Kheng hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 17: Siem Reap (B, L, D)
Visit the Banteay Srei temples (Citadel of Victory) and Banteay Samre and Ta Prohm, Buddhist monastery belongs to the last form of Khmer temples built in the late twelfth century. Preah Khan was built on the site of Jayavarman VII's victory against the invading of the Cham, Neak Pean, Chay Thommanon and Say Tevoda in 1191. Dinner and enjoy Khmer traditional dance. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 18: Siem Reap - Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B) In the morning, visit the Chong Kneas floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake before transfering to Siem Reap airport for flight to Hochiminh city/Bangkok/Paris... Tonle Sap Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, is also a natural wonder. Each annual flood causes the inundation of forest areas along the banks of the Tonle Sap, which provides food for fish substantially, and the fishpond is the richest in the world.

Avec un peu de retard, nous tenions à vous remercier pour l’organisation de notre séjour dans votre magnifique pays, que nous avons découvert du Nord au Sud avec émerveillement ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de nos guides qui nous ont fait connaître l’histoire et la culture de votre pays ainsi que tous ses merveilleux décors, avec un grand professionnalisme…
En ce qui concerne nos hébergements et sa restauration, nous avons été très satisfaits de ces choix et avons beaucoup aimé la cuisine vietnamienne. Les transports ont très bien fonctionné (train-couchette un peu dur ! mais voyage sympathique quand même). Encore un grand merci pour tout, nous ne manquerons pas de communiquer vos coordonnées à de futurs voyageurs.

PS : une petite suggestion : le dernier jour, prévoir le moyen de prendre une douche et se changer avant le départ pour l’aéroport, sachant que la chambre est libérée le matin.

Bonjour mademoiselle Tuyet, Je suis revenu avant-hier de mon long voyage au Vietnam et en Thaïlande. Je vous remercie de me demander mon avis sur le voyage, le voici: - commençons par le seul point un peu négatif: le voyage en train Hanoï-Hué. Le train n'est pas très confortable et les couchettes pas très propres. C'est un gros contraste avec les excellents hôtels que vous aviez sélectionnés pour moi. De plus on arrive à Hué fatigué et on ne profite pas pleinement de la visite de cette ville magnifique. J'aurais certainement préféré faire le trajet en avion et passer 2 nuits au lieu d'une seule dans le magnifique hôtel Impérial, même en payant un peu plus.
Ce qui pourrait également aider vos futurs clients ce serait de les prévenir d'emporter beaucoup de billets de $1 pour les pourboires et également de leur donner une idée du montant du pouboire à donner aux guides et aux chauffeurs. Nous n'avons plus l'habitude des pouboires en Europe et il serait intéressant de savoir +/- quel est le montant correct à donner car on ne désire ni donner trop, ni donner trop peu.
- et puis les nombreux points positifs:
o d'abord l'excellente organisation. Tout s'est passé exactement comme dans le programme, tous les guides et chauffeurs étaient toujours à l'heure
o ensuite la gentilesse et la compétence des guides
o les excelllents déjeuners compris dans le forfait et la découverte de la délicieuse gastronomie vietnamienne
o les magnifiques hôtels sélectionnés
Je vous remercie vivement, ainsi que Monsieur Thao Nguyen, de m'avoir aidé à passer ces excellentes vacances. Ci-joint notre photo. Comme promis je ne manquerai pas d'écrire un commentaire positif sur Tripadvisor au sujet de Khoa Viet.
