Day 01: Hanoi (D)
Arrival and welcome at the airport in Hanoi, transfer to hotel. Panoramic city tour the city with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his house on stilt, the Cathedral and the One Pillar Pagoda. Walk on the Trang Tien old streets. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Hai Phong (B, L, D)
Drive to Hoa Lu, once a majestic castle dated from the tenth century, dedicated to the two kings at the time. The Dinh Tien Hoang temple is dedicated to the Dinh Dynasty (968-980). During this period, the country was named “Hoa Lu”. The Le Dai Hanh temple, the second important temple in Hoa Lu, dedicated to Le Hanh King and Duong Van Nga Queen (980-1009). In a traditional manner with the feet of the boatmen, the boat slips in a landscape of incomparable beauty. Rice fields, rocky peaks, verdant mountains, mysterious caves... It is spectacularly incomparable. Then drive to Hai Phong, passing the Tran temple andPho Minh Pagoda in Nam Dinh. Dinner and overnight in Hai Phong.

Day 03: Hai Phong - Ha Long (B, L, D)
Discover Hai Phong city before boarding on a traditional junk for a cruise in Ha Long Bay, the eighth World Wonder. Swimming is possible at Titov beach if the weather permits. Bathe on the Titov beach. Overnight on board.

Day 04: Ha Long - Ha Noi (B, L, D)
We recommend that you should wake up at dawn to enjoy the bay. Continue the cruise in the bay, contemplating the magnificent scenery. Visit the caves by a small bamboo boat. Have lunch in the Halong city before taking the bus to Hanoi. Pass  through the Hai Duong city to visit a workshop of ceramic products, made by people with reduced mobilization. Arrive in Hanoi, see an evening water puppet show.

Day 05: Hanoi - Hue (B, L, D)
Visit Hanoi again: the Temple of Literature, the Museum of Ethnography, sight seeing (allow 1 hour) by cyclo in the old city to the neighborhood of thirty six Guilds of handicrafts and trade. Free time for you to do shopping. Dinner and transfer to the station for overnight train with soft sleepers to Hue.

Day 06: Hue (B, L, D)
Reception and transfer to your hotel. Visit the Citadel, Imperial City; discover Dong Ba market, well known for its conical hats. Dinner and overnight in Hue. Optional: Dinner with the Imperial costume and accompanied by music and song of the Court of Hue.

Day 07: Hue (B, L, D)
Boarding for a cruise in the Perfume River. Then visit the Celestial Lady Pagoda and Minh Mang tomb before discovering the Tu Duc and Khai Dinh King’s Tombs.

Day 08: Hue - Lao Bao - Savannakhet (B, L, D)
We take the coastal road towards Dong Ha and Laos. We travel along the old line of the "DMZ" zone with "Truong Son National Cemetery," where a few hundred thousand Northern Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed during the war against the Americans. Stop at the Lao Bao, the border of Vietnam and Thailand. Back to the plain by the Mekong river. Overnight in Savannakhet.

Day 09: Savannakhet - Thakhek (B, L, D)
The most populated province in Laos, Savannakhet is an extremely peaceful town on the banks of the Mekong river, with its colored houses and the That Ing Hang old temples at 15 km from the city. This stupa is one of the most amazing and best known of the country. Visit people in Ban Nateuy where the salt plays the primary element of the life. Overnight in Savannakhet.

Day 10: Savannakhet - Vientiane (B, L, D)
Discover the Thakhek temple and its Sikhothabong stupa, reminding the richness both the Khmer and Chenla empires. Drive to Vientiane, the capital with its amazing combination of diverse influences.

Day 11: Vientiane - Luang Prabang (B, L, D)
Begin the discovery in Luang Prabang, the traditional school operated by monks. Then we admire Prakeo and Vat Sisaket, real museums which show the works of XI and XII centuries.
Finally, visit the colorful market of the city until transfer to the airport for flight to Luang Prabang.

Day 12: Luang Prabang (B, L, D)
Former royal capital, a World Heritage in 1995, this charming city leaves no one indifferent. City tour: visit the oldest temple in the city, Visoun Vat, Vat Aham and May temples. Finally, in the afternoon, we will climb to the top of Phousi Mount to have a beautiful view with the sunset over the city and the Mekong River. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 13: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou (B, L, D)
Boarding the boat for a cruise downstream on the Nam Ou river, enjoy the green Forests and Landscape. Discover the famous Pak Ou cave, two caves crammed with thousands of Buddha statues in gold lacquer in various shapes and sizes. They are places of pilgrimage. On the way back, visit Ban Chan, famous for pottery and Ban Phanom for the silk. Then continue to Xan Ban Khong for an introduction about local paper making. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 14: Luang Prabang - Departure (B)
Free time until transfer to the airport for flight to your destination.
