Day 01: Arrival Luang Prabang (D)
Arrival at the airport in Luang Prabang. Welcome and transfer to your hotel. The architectural richness, the positioning religion, its great ethnic mix and its turbulent history make it be one of the great attractions of Southeast Asia. She is listed as a World Heritage Site. According to the experts of UNESCO, Luang Prabang is the best preserved city of Southeast Asia. The city tour starts with the Wat Xieng Thong temple, the "Monastery of the golden city", built in 1560 by Setthathirat King. It is the religious symbol of Luang Prabang and a senior symbol of Buddhism in Laos. Enjoy the magical moment of sunset from the stairs of Wat Phra Bat
Day 02: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou - Luang Prabang (B, L) Visit Wat Long Khun, the oldest part dated from the 18th century, the porch with the beautiful carved pediment, only dated from 1937. Embark on a traditional boat on the Nam-Ou River to Pak-Ou caves, religious symbols in the Luang Prabang province with its thousands of Buddha statues deposited by the faith for centuries. Visit the Ban-Xanghai village where villagers exude a traditional rice liquor, visits the Ban Pak fishing village. After a picnic lunch, return to Luang Prabang to visit the Ban Phanom weaving village by boat. Most of the production of the village is a technique that combines cotton and silk and a large number of products is exposed to the night market. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 03: Luang Prabang (B, L)
Departure for the Khouangsy Waterfall on a road with paddy fields and hamlets on stilts. Back in the heart of the city, visit Vat Aham Visounem. Visit Wat Aham "The monastery of flourished Heart" with its very beautiful wooden pediment and Vat May, building with the side galleries and five-story roof, dating from the early 19th century. Here is one of the finest in the city. Visit Wat Sene Souk Haram or " Temple at one hundred thousand treasures" built in 1718, the first monastery of the city whose vihan was covered with yellow and red tiles as the Thai modern way.
Day 04: Luang Prabang - Vientiane (B, L) Visit the museum of the former Royal Palace, the Prabath market and depart by air to Vientiane. Arrive in Vientiane, transfer to the hotel. Vientiane became the capital of the Lanxang kingdom in 1563. It was chosen by Setthathirat Prince who built the Ho Prakeo and That Luang. Many buildings reflect the common past of the country with European countries. In the afternoon, visit the city and its main temples: Vat Sisaket and Vat Phrakeo Ho. Two temples converted into a museum with magnificent examples of the Laotian Buddhist statues, and visit the That Luang Shrine, founded by Setthathirath King in 1566. Admire the most sacred monument of the country, this impressive stupa surrounded by a cloister, wearing an elegant arrow that seems to spring from a row of lotus petals. Visit Arc of Triumph and then walk along the banks of the Mekong.
Day 05: Vientiane - Hanoi (B, L)
Flight to Hanoi. Welcome and transfer to the hotel and visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda, the One Pillar Pagoda, corporations, jewelers and the old quarter. Enjoy the water puppet show in the evening.
Day 06: Ha Noi - Nam Dinh - Hai Phong - Halong city (B, L, D) Transfer by car along the Red River, salt marshes and rice fields of Nam Dinh, and visit the Tuc Mac and Pho Minh Temples. Pass the Haiphong main port in Vietnam. Overnight in Halong city.
Day 07: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L) Embark on a private traditional wooden junk in the magical Ha Long Bay. The bay is home of nearly 3000 islands eroded strangely shaped, 989 of them were officially called. Whether in the mist or under a blazing sun, cruising in Ha Long Bay is a highlight. It is ranked the eighth World Natural Wonder. Visit some islands and caves (about 4 hours by boat), Lunch with seafood is served on board. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 08: Hanoi - Hue (B, L) Free time until transfer to airport for flight to Hue. Visit the Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba Market, famous for its conical hats. Overnight in Hue.
Day 09: Hue (B, L) Boat trip on the Perfume River, an essential place in Hue. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most beautiful religious buildings in Hue. Dating from the fourteenth century, the pagoda is linked to the legend of the appearance of a Celestial Lady dressed in red with its Vietnamese name. Visit the Hon Chen temple, Minh Mang King’s Mausoleum. Overnight in Hue.
Day 10: Hue - Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) (B, L, D) Transfer to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. Welcome on your arrival and transfer to hotel. Ho Chi Minh is the largest city and economic center of the country. The oriental city tour with the Ben Thanh Market, China Town, Ba Pagoda, Ngoc Hoang temple, a cruise in the Saigon river and dinner at Binh Quoi Village. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Chau Doc (B, L) Drive to Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta and its sceneries, visit the floating market, orchards, fishing villages; enjoy outdoor dining in a local restaurant. Then return to Saigon and transfer to Chau Doc. Overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 12: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (Cambodia) by boat (B, L) Depart an early morning cruise to Phnom Penh (forecasted at 05h). Welcome on arrival at Phnom Penh to 24:00 or 13:00, lunch at local restaurant and transfer to the hotel, visit the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda. Visit the central market. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 13: Phnom Penh (B, L) Travel with a tour guide and by private car to Wat Phnom Pagoda, National Museum, rich in statues from Angkor, visit the Central Market and the Russian Market. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Depart for Siem Reap (Angkor) (B, L)
Transfer to the port and embark on a boat to Siem Reap on the Tonle Sap Lake (allow 5 hours) (or by car from May to August, because it depends on the water level of Mekong River). Welcome on the arrival in Siem Reap and transfer to hotel. The city tour starts with the central market in Siem Reap and then around 16:30 for the Angkor sites, for a visit outside of the Angkor Wat Temple at a time when the light shines though the temple and sunset covering from Angkor to the Phnom Bakheng Temple. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 15: Angkor - Sightseeing (B, L) The day is spent visiting the temples. Discover the Angkor Thom, with 5 crowned doors and it contains the famous Bayon Temple with 172 amazing faces insides. Visit the Bayon Temple, the Baphuon, the Terrace of the Leper King, the former Royal Palace, and the Terrace of the Elephants. Visit the famous Angkor Wat Temple "the city that became a pagoda." Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 16: Angkor (B, L) In the morning, visit the Roulous group with Bakong Temple of the Preah Ko and the Lolei that will allow you to live the last days of the capital before the removal.
In the afternoon, visit the whole Angkor, imposing "Mountain Temple". This marked the climax of the Khmer kingdom, by its plan of concentric walls, the perfection of its proportions and the richness of its decoration, the most beautiful carved achievement of Khmer classical art. Visit Ta Prohm, Ta Keo lost in the lushes and Neak Pean, Preah Khan, Baray small temples. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 17: Banteay Srei - Kobal Spean (B, L)
A morning tour with a private car and English speaking guide, 30 km from Siem Reap. Discover the Banteay Srei famous temple- the "City of Women", a jewel of pink carved sandstone entirely, dedicated to Shiva and built in the 10th century by Jayavarman V King, the Prasat Kravan temple built in 921. Continue to go (if runway conditions permitting) to Spean Kobal, "River of a Thousand Lingas". In the afternoon, visit Baray Oriental sites built by Rajendravarman: Banteay Kdey, Pre Rup, Preasat Khleang, Mebon Oriental. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 18: Lake Tonle Sap - Prek Toal (B, L) An excursion with private boat and English speaking guide on Tonle Sap Lake to explore the floating fishing villages (Vietnamese village) and the Prek Toal floating village. Return to visit Siem Reap Market.
Day 19: Farm Silk / Departure (PD) Visit the silkworm farm. Here we raise worms and weave silks with the traditional method. Visit the old Siem Reap. Transfer to the airport for your departure.

Avec un peu de retard, nous tenions à vous remercier pour l’organisation de notre séjour dans votre magnifique pays, que nous avons découvert du Nord au Sud avec émerveillement ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de nos guides qui nous ont fait connaître l’histoire et la culture de votre pays ainsi que tous ses merveilleux décors, avec un grand professionnalisme…
En ce qui concerne nos hébergements et sa restauration, nous avons été très satisfaits de ces choix et avons beaucoup aimé la cuisine vietnamienne. Les transports ont très bien fonctionné (train-couchette un peu dur ! mais voyage sympathique quand même). Encore un grand merci pour tout, nous ne manquerons pas de communiquer vos coordonnées à de futurs voyageurs.

Bonjour mademoiselle Tuyet, Je suis revenu avant-hier de mon long voyage au Vietnam et en Thaïlande. Je vous remercie de me demander mon avis sur le voyage, le voici: - commençons par le seul point un peu négatif: le voyage en train Hanoï-Hué. Le train n'est pas très confortable et les couchettes pas très propres. C'est un gros contraste avec les excellents hôtels que vous aviez sélectionnés pour moi. De plus on arrive à Hué fatigué et on ne profite pas pleinement de la visite de cette ville magnifique. J'aurais certainement préféré faire le trajet en avion et passer 2 nuits au lieu d'une seule dans le magnifique hôtel Impérial, même en payant un peu plus.
Ce qui pourrait également aider vos futurs clients ce serait de les prévenir d'emporter beaucoup de billets de $1 pour les pourboires et également de leur donner une idée du montant du pouboire à donner aux guides et aux chauffeurs. Nous n'avons plus l'habitude des pouboires en Europe et il serait intéressant de savoir +/- quel est le montant correct à donner car on ne désire ni donner trop, ni donner trop peu.
- et puis les nombreux points positifs:
o d'abord l'excellente organisation. Tout s'est passé exactement comme dans le programme, tous les guides et chauffeurs étaient toujours à l'heure
o ensuite la gentilesse et la compétence des guides
o les excelllents déjeuners compris dans le forfait et la découverte de la délicieuse gastronomie vietnamienne
o les magnifiques hôtels sélectionnés
Je vous remercie vivement, ainsi que Monsieur Thao Nguyen, de m'avoir aidé à passer ces excellentes vacances. Ci-joint notre photo. Comme promis je ne manquerai pas d'écrire un commentaire positif sur Tripadvisor au sujet de Khoa Viet.
