Day 01: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (D) Welcome and transfer to your hotel. After lunch, visit the Presidential Palace, the Central Post Office, the Cathedral, the Pagoda of the Thien Hau Celestial Lady and Chinese town. Then you will enjoy a dinner while cruising on the Saigon River.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho 72km (B, L) Depart to My Tho, the center of Tien Giang province, and is the closest to the Mekong Delta. Discover Thoi Son Island. With 1100 acres and surrounded by the waters of the Mekong River, Thoi Son is only accessible by boat. Make a sampan ride through the forests of exotic coconut, green orchards, in the creeks shaded by palm trees and meeting with local farmers at their home, you discover the local residents’ lifestyle of the water. Return to Ho Chi Minh City and visit the War Museum and a painting studio of a craftsman.
Day 03: HCMC - Tay Ninh - Cu Chi 100km (B, L) Transfer to Tay Ninh. Tay Ninh is where the headquarters of indigenous religions of Vietnam, Cao Dai is located. The Cao Dai Great Temple of the Holy See of the sect is as extraordinary as the philosophy of the sect where you can enjoy the extraordinary ceremony in the afternoon. After lunch, visit the network of Cu Chi Tunnels which became the legendary during the guerrilla war to help to get the victory against U.S. troops. In this time, these three levels of tunnels stretched 250 km. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 04: HCMC - Da Lat 310km, 6 hours by car (B, L, D) Transfer to Da Lat. Stop for a visit to the tea factory of Bao and Prenn Waterfall. Located on the Lang Biang plateau, the Southern areas of the Central Highlands of Vietnam, Da Lat is characterized by pine forests, lakes, waterfalls, fields of flowers and beautiful French colonial architecture. With the average temperature around 18-21 C °, it is nicknamed the "city of eternal spring." Arrival at the hotel, dinner and free time for leisure.
Day 05: Dalat - Nha Trang 250km (B, L)
Visit the former summer residence of Bao Dai Emperor, the old station of Da Lat, Xuan Huong Lake and Than Tho lake (Lake of Sighs), the central market. On the way to Nha Trang, we travel by the Ngoan Muc pass. We stop off to the Po Klong Giara tower of the Cham. Nha Trang is a seaport located in the South of East Sea. It is considered a traditional city of Vietnam by its excellence. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 06: Nha Trang (B, L) Have a boat cruise and visit the Tri Nguyen Aquarium, Hon Tam island. You will have a relaxing time for sunbathing. Visit the Pasteur Institute built in 1895 by Alexander Yersin, the towers of Cham Po Nagar, a series of several towers built by the Cham ethnic group on the hill of Cu Lao marble -2 km from Nha Trang. They were built in the honor of Po Nagar, also known as the Thien Y Ana Lady or the mother goddess with ten hands holding, each holds an object signifying power and the intelligence.
Day 07: Nha Trang - Hoi An 510km 1h flight (B, L)
Air transfer to Da Nang. Transfer to Hoi An- one of the most famousVietnamese sites, classified as World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Visit this historic city and the river port. She was known to European navigators as the Faifo, meaning merchants from the seaside.
Day 08: Hoi An - My Son (B, L) The kingdom of Champa was developed in the central of Vietnam. Several archaeological sites testify to this civilization. About10 km from the coast, My Son is a shrine, consists of a collection of brick towers, temples whose architecture and carving within a Hindu influence. Have lunch and free time in Hoi An.
Day 09: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue 135km (B, L) Transfer to Da Nang. Visit the Museum of the Cham. Founded in 1919 by the French School of Far East, this institution includes sculptures and architectural elements from the sites of the center of the country. On the way to Hue, we can enjoy beautiful sceneries including the Hai Van Pass. Arrive at the hotel.
Day 10: Hue (B, L) Hue was the capital during the Tay Son and Nguyen dynasties. Over the centuries, this city became a center of Vietnamese architecture and was listed as World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
Cruise on the Perfume River to discover Thien Mu Pagoda and the Lady of Heaven. Visit the old Imperial Palace - Dai Noi, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Kings’ Tomb and Dong Ba market.
Day 11: Hue - Hanoi 658km (B, L, D) Flight to Hanoi and transfer to the center of the capital. The whole day is spent for the discovery of Ha Noi and the Red River Delta, in particular with the ceramic village of Bat Trang. In the center of the city, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, is a millennium of history, soul and feelings. Another time they called "Luc Thuy" (green water) because it contained alga that gives the green color year round. Visit Ngoc Son Temple, built on the island during the nineteenth century. Day 12: Hanoi - Ha Long 170 km (B, L, D)
8:00: In the morning, you will start on a new route by bus to Ha Long. Stop in Hai Duong (30 minutes) for a little rest.
11:30: Arrive in Halong and check in for a cruise of 24 hours on Ha Long Bay aboard a traditional junk. Lunch on board.
12:30: Discovering the seventh wonder of the world, passing by Dinh Huong Island, Rooster Island, Dog Island, Binh Phong mountain, the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). Explore the Titov beach, it's a time to enjoy the bay and all its benefits. Fishing will be delighted to you.
19h30: Dinner with excellent menu of fresh seafood. Overnight on board.
Day 13: Ha Long - Ninh Binh 170km (B, L, D)
06:30. Awakening at dawn is advised to enjoy the bay. After a martial, have a bath (seasonal), then breakfast on board.
09h00: Visit to the Man Head Isle, Turtle Island, Bo Nau Island, Luon cave by a small bamboo boat. Then visit the Bai Tu Long Bay, the fishing village of Ha Long, the mountain of poem (Bai Tho) and Hon Gay - an edge of Ha Long City.
11:00: Return and have lunch on the junk.
12:00: Back to Halong wharf and transfer to Ninh Binh.
16h30: Arrive at your hotel in Ninh Binh.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 14: Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Trang An - 100km Hanoi - Lao Cai by train (B, L) The Ninh Binh province has many historical and cultural sites. Visit the temple of Dinh and Le Kings. By boat on the river to be deep into the rice fields between the rocks of limestone and visit the Trang An cave. Return to Hanoi.
20:00. Transfer to Hanoi train station to leave for Sa Pa by train SP1 or SP3 (departs at 9:10 p.m or 9:50 p.m). Overnight on train.
Day 15: Lao Cai - Can Cau Market (Saturday) - 90km Bac Ha (B, L, D) Welcome at the Lao Cai train station, then transfer to Can Cau market (about 2 hours) - a small market situated in a valley surrounded by mountains and only 7 km from the Chinese border. The market shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas of Vietnam. Further, you will have the opportunity to meet local men and women dressed in colorful traditional costumes - different colors of the mountains. They come to market in hopes of finding "the other half of their lives" and it's also time to share the customs of different ethnic peoples through cups of wine sold in the market. Depart Can Cau for a village of Flower H'mong and then check in the hotel in Bac Ha. Free time to explore the town. Overnight in Bac Ha (Option: home- stay).
Day 16: Bac Ha Market (Sunday) - Sapa 110km (B, L, D) The visit begins with a discovery of Bac Ha market, the most colorful market of hill tribes. You will have the opportunity to taste the seasonal fruits and discover the wine of rice, cassava or corn ... made by the ethnic groups. Depart the market for the H'mong King's house (Hoang A Tuong King), built by the French colonialists and the Chinese in 1920.
Back in town for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Ban Pho village. Arrive in Sapa at the beginning of the evening. Overnight in Sapa (Option: home- stay).
Day 17: Sapa - trekking - Lao Cai - Hanoi 450km - 9h by train (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning is spent to walk to three Black H'mong villages where you will meet the Dzay. The beautiful scenery that surrounds Sapa including waterfalls, rice terraces that spill down the mountains like a patchwork. The city is ranked to be one among the 10 top places in the world for walking and hiking in the Lonely Planet magazine.
Lunch is provided in a family of Dzay. Return to Sapa by car. Free time in Sapa. On the way to Lao Cai to take the train to Hanoi. Overnight on train.
Day 18: Arrival in Hanoi- city tour (B, L)
Arrive in Hanoi around 5:30 the next morning and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast and rest at the hotel. Visit the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday and Friday. We can visit outside the Mausoleum), the house of Ho Chi Minh, the One Pillar Pagoda, the West Lake, Quan Thanh Temple.
Day 19: Hanoi - Departure (B) Free time until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your departure.
